Thank you! There was actually a famous landmark named Chamber's Pillar off to the left of this view but I found the composition worked better for me without it.

 It seems that one can only find in Australia such endless landscapes! There is something bewitching( I haven't the right word! fascinating? )  in this grey/pink light, creeping over the still earth! A favoured moment.

This is from a trip in Central Australia near the edge of the Simpson Desert. It was so good to get up before the sun and watch it wash over the land and ignite the colours.

If you hadn't said Central Australia I could have sworn this is way my hometown in the United States, Arizona.  Amazing how places can be connected even on other sides of the world.  Beautiful!
